Public seminar on innovation in the treatment of migraine was organized jointly by World Academy of Science, Humanities Education and Literature (WASHEL) – Indian chapter and Aasare Foundation, at Veene Sheshanna Bhavan, Mysore on 9th May 2010. A book - Migraine Cause and Cure? by Vaidya Balendu Prakash was released on this occasion. Shri S A Ramdass MLA and Parliamentary Secretary to CM, Govt. of Karnataka; Dr. Anil Sangli, eminent neurosurgeon, Mysore; Shri C Jaganath, Chairman WASHEL; Dr. Vijayalakshmi Basavaraj, Director, All India Institute of Speech & Hearing, Mysore; Shri G N Sreekantaiah, Director, AYUSH, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore; Vaidya K Sureshkumar, from Padaav, Mysore, Vaidya S Raghavendra Babu, from Padaav, Bangalore and Vaidya Shivaji Patil were present on this occasion. |

IInd & IIIrd Workshop on Innovation in the Treatment of Migraine was held at West End Hotel, Marine Lines on 20.02.10 & at Hotel Karl Residency, Andheri (W), on 21.02.10 Mumbai, respectively. Fourteen patients attended the IInd workshop, while thirteen attended the IIIrd. Two patients (UBJ & RT) who were earlier benefited with Ayurvedic Treatment Protocol shared their experience with the audience. |

Ist Workshop on Innovation in the Treatment of Migraine was held Hotel Karl Residency, Andheri (W), on 05.12.2009. 28 Migraine patients with their family members attended this workshop which was organized by Ipca Laboratories Ltd. on Saturday, 5th December, 2009 at Hotel Karl Residency, Andheri (West), Mumbai. After the deliberate presentation & discussion, with Vaidya Balendu Praksh, 19 patients gave on the spot consent to undergo Ayurvedic Treatment for migraine. Two patients (UBJ & AA) who were earlier benefited with Ayurvedic Treatment Protocol shared their experience with the audience. |

The second Re-orientation Training Program was held at the campus of Ipca Laboratories Ltd, Kandivali, Mumbai from November 2-4, 2009. Seven ayurvedic doctors attended this program. |

The first Re-orientation Training Program was held at the
campus of Ipca Laboratories Ltd, Kandivali, Mumbai from March 26-29, 2009.
Eight ayurvedic doctors from different parts of county participated under
this program to understand the combination of the modern dignostics and
the ayurvedic treatment protocol for the treatment of Migraine, Hepatitis,
Urticaria, Rhinitis, Childhood Asthma. |
